We are an IT management consulting company founded in 2020. We are an experienced team of senior IT consultants. We worked in nearly all areas of IT and industries. Together we developed methodologies to capture and compare process efficiency in IT operations and IT development projects.

We developed a system to measure and capture complexity of applications and projects, based on a combination of Function points (FP), source lines of code (SLOC) and other accepted industry metrics.

    We analyze ticket databases for unusual and excessive behaviour in ITIL (V2 and V3) incident, problem and change management processes. We will locate major pain points and do drill down on causes. We develop and implement remedial action plans and measures for improvement using pattern- and anti-pattern techniques for operational stability.

    We analyze any application landscape and compare it to industry typical profiles. We identify areas with high and low - special and commodity requirements. We will compare individual and “of the shelf” solutions to best practice for implementation of competitive IT landscapes.
